Responsibility
- assist managing the food and beverage service program, including ordering, preparing and maintaining the beverage inventory, sanitation and security standards
- assist in the training and developing of the food and beverage team
- assist Coordinate food and beverage services for dining rooms, conferences, golfing events and special events
- maintain a clean and safe work environment that supports customer needs through good housekeeping practices
- participate in event development, marketing, sales and customer service improvements as needed
- ensure that all products are handled correctly at all times
- provide positive customer service by answering questions and responding in a professional manner
- complete closing tasks as assigned
Requirements
- excellent communication skills with an emphasis on written and verbal communication
- strong problem-solving skills and an ability to prioritize tasks
- strong organizational skills with an emphasis on multi-tasking under pressure
- detail oriented with an ability to follow instructions and follow through on commitments
- self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- experience within the hospitality industry, very much desired

- flexibility is a key part of this role shifts will be arranged around the business needs
