Working hours
full-time | Permanent
Responsibility
assist managing the food and beverage service program, including ordering, preparing and maintaining the beverage inventory, sanitation and security standards
assist in the training and developing of the food and beverage team
assist Coordinate food and beverage services for dining rooms, conferences, golfing events and special events
maintain a clean and safe work environment that supports customer needs through good housekeeping practices
participate in event development, marketing, sales and customer service improvements as needed
ensure that all products are handled correctly at all times
provide positive customer service by answering questions and responding in a professional manner
complete closing tasks as assigned
Requirements
excellent communication skills with an emphasis on written and verbal communication
strong problem-solving skills and an ability to prioritize tasks
strong organizational skills with an emphasis on multi-tasking under pressure
detail oriented with an ability to follow instructions and follow through on commitments
self-motivated with the ability to work independently
experience within the hospitality industry, very much desired
team player with an emphasis on developing interpersonal skills
flexibility is a key part of this role shifts will be arranged around the business needs
