  • general understanding and awareness of Biorbyt Group and its strategic aims
  • prepare KPI reports to monitor the performance of the business
  • bookkeeping: Using Quickbooks
  • ad hoc support to COO and MD
  • bank reconciliation: reconciliation of funds received against Customer accounts and payments applied correctly against Supplier accounts
  • answering telephone and dealing with enquiries
  • purchase ledger: Ensure all bills are entered timely and accurately in Quickbooks by the reporting period
  • manage the ordering of office supplies for staff
