Responsibility

  • support customer communication on new / delisted products, product queries and deliveries
  • manage sales reports for the Sales Team and issue regular report updates
  • dynamics updates when territories are amended
  • the Sales Support role will primarily be responsible for providing high-level office based point of contact for our customers in UK and Ireland and our European Distributor network as well as supporting the UKIE sales team
  • pricing communication and quotations; maintain pricing files
  • provide ongoing and initial support to new Sales Starters
