- process orders received via e-mail / CRM accurately and in a timely manner
- assist with the setting up of new customer
- monitoring accuracy of order shipment dates and managing the customer relationship accordingly
- any other duties identified by the line manager and commensurate with the post
- support colleagues with ROW order processing, queries and taking telephone calls
- customer communication using CRM for sending confirmations and updates
- working effectively with any customer complaints by determining the cause of the problem, working with colleagues as appropriate to find the best solution and processing the correction or adjustment
Requirements
- training or qualification in a customer service-related subjects
- letter of Credit, Carnets, EUR1 & Certificate of Origin
