- optimise lab processes, including biorefining of industrial food waste, to enhance formulation development
- assist in scaling up formulations for production, ensuring successful transition from lab to manufacturing
- assist in performing industry standards testing as well as preparation of technical documentation and safety data sheets
- ensure alignment with changing business priorities within the start-up environment, taking on new responsibilities as necessary
