  • job Overview
  • this is a stand alone role, leading and providing global IT support across our three offices
  • the main objective being to ensure the smooth running of IT operations, supporting the business and it’s employees to work efficiently and effectively
  • ensuring all video conferencing kit is set up and functional in our meetings rooms
  • regularly review our IT policy to ensure it is kept up-to-date and relevant - in UK and US
  • providing an IT induction to all new joiners
  • running and sharing regular operation system reports with senior staff when necessary
  • work with Legal and BA team to identify vulnerabilities present in clients requested tools/workflows to ensure our compliance with other clients/governments/regulatory bodies
