open and close BKL House reception if / when required
manage all outgoing and incoming post, including franking, international post, and daily email reminders
assist the Producers’ department with in-house auditions, including scheduling and monitoring the flow of auditionees in the building
management of all incoming and outgoing calls, including transferring, and maintaining a log
job Title: Office Manager
management of the phone system, including managing and updating DDI and extensions as well as updating in-house lists
hours: 40 hours per week
manage the diary system for booking of meeting rooms internally
Education
3.3 A recognised H&S qualification such as IOSH – Managing Health & Safety, or CIEH Managing Safely or higher
3.4 A current in-date First Aid training certificate
3.1 Educated to degree level with a focus on arts management, arts administration or drama / theatre studies, or having comparable career experience

Requirements
1.1 Experience of working in the theatre / arts / Film & TV industry
1.2 Demonstrable experience of supporting or managing the administration and operation of a busy office environment
managing IT and phone systems, liaising with suppliers and support companies
1.3 Experience of working collaboratively with other people
promote and co-ordinate staff training where required
1.4 Excellent time management skills
support the Producers with auditions including scheduling and monitoring the flow of auditionees in the building
1.5 Tact and skill in dealing with suppliers and general enquiries politely and professionally, with experience of handling conflict resolution
