Responsibility
- salary from £25k pa dependant on experience
- manage and oversee the daily operations of the workshop
- coordinate and schedule service technicians for equipment repairs and maintenance
- ensure timely completion of repairs and maintenance tasks
- provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns
- join and oversee our highly rated team as the workshop manager of our SHIMANO Service Center, ensuring high standards across our offering of repairs, maintainence, hire bikes and new bikes sales
- collaborate with sales team to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
- oversee inventory of parts and supplies needed for repairs alongside the shop manager

- proven experience as a workshop manager or similar role in the bicycle industry
- strong knowledge of equipment repair and maintenance procedures
- excellent customer service skills with a focus on problem-solving
- CYTECH Level 2 minimum, Level 3 Preferred
- strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage a team
