- supporting the Operation Manager in maintaining the Centre in terms of product, equipment and people
- opening and closing the facility when you are the sole Manager on Duty
- carrying out health and safety checks
- monitor the Centre during the day to ensure “Safe Play” and that the structure is being monitored
- managing the Team during the day you are on Duty
- reporting any operational issues to the Operations manager or dealing with them
- attending weekly managers meetings
- assisting with marketing and promotions
