Requirements
- have obtained GCSEs from the UK
- strong leadership and team management skills
- live close to or are willing to relocate to Pinner
- excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- never been disqualified from working with children or vulnerable people
- analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions
- able to provide professional references upon request
- exceptional problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
