  • develop relatable lessons to build on and inspire learner needs and interests
  • experience of working in the creative industries using an entrepreneurial approach
  • develop innovative ways of collaborating on projects with other departments
  • extremely organised and able to manage own work load effectively and flexibly
  • teacher qualification or equivalent
  • outstanding teaching and communication skills and experience of good / outstanding Ofsted
  • A minimum of 3 years teaching experience specialising in SEN
