- customer Service Administrator - Leeds – Yeadon based on a hybrid contract
- bibby Financial Services have an exciting opportunity available for a reliable Customer Service Administrator to join our team
- this role will be based in Leeds on a hybrid contract
- ensure settlements are issued within agreed SLA and followed up
- novation, substitution and early terminations cases to be handled from initial request to completion
- process all HPI React Notifications daily and diarise to follow up regularly as required
- answer all inbound calls and have confidence in answering all manner of queries rather than passing calls to other teams
- provide the highest standard of customer services to brokers and vendors and maintain relationships
