Responsibility

  • manage the successful delivery of projects for Hydra Park Properties, safely, on time and to budget
  • maintain control of budgets and report back on figures and costings to the relevant departments
  • ensure that safety is always protected and promoted throughout the project sites
  • manage relationships with all stakeholders developing a strong working relationship, communicating the projects progress within the agreed timescales
  • onsite Management of site operatives and sub-contractors
  • control and monitor the delivery of the projects working closely with the all the relevant functions including Accounts, Quality, Health and Safety and associated external consultants and contractors
  • plan and check the effective delivery of the projects with all teams, ensuring the correct level of resource and competency is implemented to deliver the work in line with the agreed plans
  • report and investigating any near misses, incidents or accidents. Preventing any further occurrences
