  • maintain and manage paperwork and systems for fleet data, including telematics
  • review invoices from suppliers, manage vehicle fuel cards, insurance and other maintenance support
  • liaise with leasing providers and garages for servicing and repair requests
  • undertake driver licence checks and ensure vehicles are registered for road tolls and congestion zones
