Responsibility
- inspecting, servicing and maintaining equipment in the warehouse
- implementing an ordering system for parts and service items
- researching costs for essential parts and service items
- the main purpose of this role is to document, maintain and implement an effective system for the service and repair of Technical Warehouse equipment. and stock management
- liaising with manufacturers and third parties in relation to spares, stock and system upgrades
- keeping the Manager informed of relevant testing equipment needed and training courses
- manage warehouse stocks, and spares to field service teams and customers
- deliver installation equipment to customer sites
