- as a Leader, with both Early years and Playwork experience you will be expected to help with the continued growth of the business, ensuring that practitioners are providing the children with fun, stimulating activities in a safe and nurturing environment
- applicants will need a full and relevant level 3 childcare qualification
- it is also desirable that they hold other relevant training such as first aid, safeguarding and food hygiene
- have you got strong leadership & managerial skills?
