Responsibility

  • compiling stock lists & catalogues
  • completing invoices and paperwork, compiling data required for export, verifying information, addresses, payment terms etc
  • compiling monthly reports for analysis by the Sales Manager
  • keeping the sales showroom up to date
  • serving & building relationships with customers visiting the warehouse
  • data input to the stock & accounting system
  • contacting & following up with customers & suppliers by e-mail or phone, answer queries & confirm orders
  • producing posters, flyers & other marketing & advertising material for wholesale customers & retail stores

Requirements

  • experience with a stock control inventory system – preferred but training given
  • knowledge of Sage 50Cloud Accounts – preferred but training given
  • crucial to be confident with enquiring mind with an interest in sales
  • excellent communication skills are essential to work closely with sales & operational teams, customers & suppliers
