receptionist
Responsibility
- organising of the stock and goods in/out process
- receipt, logging, distribution and maintenance of samples collections
- arranging collections/deliveries to and from London Showrooms and from customers using Palletways, DPD, DHL, and local couriers
- crediting of stock from customers using our own BestInfo 2 system
- providing support to visiting teams from other departments
- maintaining operation spreadsheets and stock audits, ensuring data is precise and trustworthy
- operating a flexi forklift truck and manual handling
- occasional visits to the London Showrooms to meet with front of house teams and support the stockroom process
Requirements
- working both proactively and responding quickly to change
- you are confident in mass data entry and inventory control management
- as a highly motivated and organised colleague you want to see results
- you have proven experience in warehouse distribution
- you preferably have a full flexi forklift licence
- as the Warehouse Operative you are able to physically process stock quickly & efficiently both as part of a team and individually
