Responsibility
- consult with clients and run design workshops
- estimate project scope and work within budget constraints
- work with Programme Managers to inform and agree the plan for delivery
- identify best-fit Intervention Designers for different projects and where appropriate support Head of Studio with recruitment
- pitch and validate test ideas with Behavioural Strategist and Researcher and internal team
- attend key workshops with Behavioural Strategist and Researcher to understand the problem, client insights, rationale for behavioural strategy, and the proposed intervention targets
- write a design concept for clients to identify test ideas/treatment options for different intervention targets
- create and present behaviour change intervention concepts, technical solutions and user journeys to customers
Requirements
- excellent written and verbal communication skills for internal and external communications and presentations
- be able to consult at a senior level
- delivering for multiple devices and different platforms
- be positive and action focused, and be able to give feedback and solve design and project challenges
- knowledge of best practice approaches for UI and UXD
- be an expert and demonstrate experience in delivering effective Behaviour Change Interventions and coach others to do so
- knowledge of accessible design considerations
- be self-driven and be able to manage priorities across different projects
