you will manage a range of different sites from educational, offices, factories/warehouses, catering, domestic, communal, building sites
your role will be wide and varied, to include the following but not limited to
have full working knowledge of all contracts run by Best Time Cleaning Services Ltd
control and issue cleaning material ensuring stock rotation and safety in storage
order cleaning materials as required following Company procedures through nominated suppliers
carry out monthly cleaning inspections to monitor cleaner’s performance and adherence to Company standards and contract specification
responsible for all day-to-day aspects relating to the management and maintenance of the cleaning services within the contract specification to the agreed performance, qualitative and financial targets
report any faults to ensure they are rectified and ensure equipment is not used until safe

Requirements

strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively
attention to detail and strong organisational skills
knowledge of industry regulations and best practices
proficient in using computer software for data analysis and reporting. Software competent with
cleaning: 2 years
