- 1year as a B2B telemarketer or similar
- candidate needs to be confident around military/police personnel. Our customers are generally very friendly, but some have big titles
- or
- significant experience within security services may suffice for the right personality
- self-motivated, self motivated, self motivated. We’re not going to tell you to call Bob back in 2 weeks, you will have made notes and reminders yourself
Responsibility
- identifying and contacting new prospects by speaking to existing customers
- identifying and contacting new prospects by own research with guidance from existing staff
- maintaining communication with existing customers to ensure they feel in regular contact
- following up existing marketing activity with calls to engaged contacts
- maintaining our CRM system
- effectively communicating your work, plans and results with other staff
