Responsibility
- supervise and lead warehouse staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations

- utilise AS400 or similar systems to track inventory levels and manage stock control
- implement and maintain efficient 3PL relationships to enhance warehouse operations
- oversee transportation management systems to ensure timely deliveries and cost-effective shipping solutions
- drive continuous improvement initiatives to streamline processes and increase productivity
- monitor profit loss statements to identify areas for cost reduction and revenue growth
Requirements
- proven experience in warehouse management, logistics, or supply chain operations
- strong supervisory skills with the ability to lead a diverse team effectively
- familiarity with forklift operations and other warehouse equipment
- proficiency in utilising various systems such as AS400 for inventory management
- knowledge of transportation management systems and best practices in the industry
- ability to analyse data and implement strategies for operational efficiency
