• full Licence /Certification
• sales experience
• providing top-notch customer service and communication to our fantastic members

• boxing experience or boxing fitness qualification
• being proactive/innovative/creative - injecting some innovation and creativity into workouts
• circuit training/ Bootcamp qualifications
• being the life of the session with your infectious personality
• kettlebells
• performing and demonstrate all exercises in classes and helping members make them their own with modifications as needed
• keeping our members safe, motivated, and on point, ensuring all members are getting attention
• the right candidate will find the role both challenging and exciting; relishing the opportunity to contribute to the future of the business
• creating a warm and welcoming vibe for everyone who walks through our doors
• this role is not ideal for the person who clocks in and out every day without having a passion for the below
• leading epic group classes that get everyone moving and leaving feeling great
• gym based or physical training: 1 year or more
• handling the daily admin tasks and dealing with inquiries, complaints, and emergencies
• competent in delivering Weight training, HIIT in a group setting
• helping to make the local community fitter, healthier and happier
