- innovate and Inspire: Bring creativity and innovation to your workouts, keeping sessions fresh and exciting
- ensure Safety and Motivation: Keep members safe and motivated, offering modifications as needed and giving personalised attention
- create a Welcoming Atmosphere: Foster a positive and inclusive environment for everyone who walks through our doors
- handle Administrative Tasks: Manage daily admin tasks, respond to inquiries, and address complaints or emergencies efficiently
- community Engagement: Contribute to making our local community fitter, healthier, and happier
