Responsibility

  • providing proactive administrative support for our paraplanners and IFAs
  • preparing and processing documentation for any new and existing clients
  • managing cases utilising our various CRM portals and provider platforms
  • handling incoming queries from internal staff, clients and external providers via email and telephone
  • ensuring all compiled files meet with compliance requirements and reporting any that do not to the appropriate parties
  • liaising with product providers and other third parties
  • promoting the company’s services in a professional and FCA compliant manner
