Responsibility

  • lead and manage operational change
  • line manage operational managers and key operational staff
  • support the Governing Bodies on finance and operational matters, including reporting to meetings directly where required
  • technology is streamlined, up to date, fit for purpose, cost effective and fulfilling the remit to support teaching and learning
  • IT support services are efficient and effective
  • as an adjunct member of the School Leadership Teams, contribute to the development of the School Improvement Plan and lead the implementation of strategic operational aspects; Ensure the strategic, effective and cost efficient delivery of the school’s operational functions, including finance, HR, administration, IT, premises and catering
  • IT infrastructure is robust, resilient and secure
  • provide oversight and supervision to the HR Officer
