Responsibility

  • ensures that co-workers meet all standards for performance, appearance and service provision, determines assignments and division of responsibilities
  • maintains existing retail and golf operations ensuring the highest possible quality of service to meet customer expectations and assure repeat business
  • processes all telephone enquiries, green fee and other payments in a professional manner
  • reconcile all transactions and process orders through the ePOS system in an appropriate manner
  • offer assistance to customers on merchandise and facilities on offer
  • conducts club tour of property to ensure clean and tidy operation
  • manages all retail and golf operation with a hands on approach in the absence of the Head Professional and co-ordinates to achieve qualitative/quantitative goals and ensure customer satisfaction
  • ensures that adequate inventories are maintained and storage is provided
