Responsibility
- being a client facing part of the team, providing ideas and showing confidence and experience in meetings
- ensure smooth running of the Digital team in the absence of the SM
- senior developer on website and application builds, bringing in additional contractor coding support should the requirement need
- mentor and source of support for junior team members, provide best practice and advise for online design for all team members
- identify credible and appropriate new business leads and take part in new business pitches
- managing budgets and keeping stakeholders up to date with costs and fees
- highlight the teams achievements to others within the organisation and client when appropriate
- main contact point for clients
Requirements
- confident leader
- good listener and approachable with enhanced people skills, able to adapt to a range of audiences both internally and externally
- creativity, energy and enthusiasm
- good design skills, understanding the latest trends and the difference between print and web
- experienced HTML/CSS coder
- experience with HTML emails
- basic understanding of JavaScript
- adobe creative suite skill
