  • here at Bergmann Direct Limited , we are looking for a Telesales Assistant who can help to generate leads, sales, and potential relationships with new customers and existing clients
  • you will be fully trained on our products and services and will work closely with our sales and further customer service teams to ensure expertise in every area
  • can you sell a product or service with ease? Are you a master of words, with the confidence to speak to customers or clients on a day-to-day basis? Is problem-solving a second nature for you? If this sounds like a role you would thrive in, we are looking for you

Requirements

  • previous experience in telemarketing or sales is preferred but not required
  • excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • strong persuasive and negotiation abilities
  • ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • proficient in using CRM software or other sales tools
  • knowledge of the product or service being offered is a plus
