Responsibility

  • teamwork
  • support the Workshop manager in identifying plant issues
  • work proactively as part of a busy workshop team both in the workshop and on our construction sites
  • ensuring that safe practices are demonstrated on site whilst conducting your work
  • where necessary brief the operators on the issues which are causing damage or wear to plant and equipment
  • promote practices in operation and repair of equipment within the business
  • demonstrate a personal commitment to rigorously enforcing appropriate standards of Health and Safety for yourself and others at all times
  • any other duties as requested by the Plant Workshop Manager
