Responsibility
- A varied and hands-on role within a small team
- this role will require strong administration and communication skills
- sales order processing - using the web-based Fashion Master system, provide admin support for all wholesale sales orders from initial order, through delivery to the customer and invoicing. Produce manual docs as required by certain customers
- this is a vital role within the Operations Team for all aspects of merchandising and sales administration in support of brand Ben Sherman and other brands within the group of companies
- purchase order processing – working with the Sales Team and Concessions Manager to collate sales orders which inform decisions to place purchase orders with factories principally in China and India
- working closely with key contacts in the Supply Chain from order placement with the factory to delivery to the end customer in the UK/overseas to maximise customer satisfaction
- assist with annual stock check as required
- product Information – working with Product team to maintain data on the company’s Fashion Master system for all brands and provide information on products ordered
