Responsibility
- to coordinate the work required to meet the agreed outcomes of the project
- take an intentional focus to deliver meaningful, sustained, innovative, independent community activity in line with the aims of the project
- to provide a high quality and responsive service to citizens who are running/coordinating and attending activities and groups
- to work in partnership with key stakeholders in order to promote the project and secure the programmes outcomes
- to adhere to the policies and procedures of the Bengali Workers Association as laid out in the BWA Employees Handbook
- to oversee timely and accurate recording, monitoring, and reporting of outcomes and outputs, as well as collecting case studies and stories
- to make contact with local older people and encourage them to get involved in community activity, particularly people who have not been involved in the past and are at risk of social isolation
- all duties to be carried out within the framework of the Bengali Workers Association policies and procedures as outlined in the BWA Employee Handbook
