BENEFITHUB is looking for employees for positions:
- you ideally have at least 2 years of experience in a B2B client-facing role, in partnerships or sales
- you work well in a team and have great phone manner skills
- you take initiative on your own and enjoy taking ownership of your clients
- you enjoy going beyond clients’ expectations
- managing national merchant acquisitions, including negotiating exclusive deals and CPA commissions
- managing the day to day relationships with our national merchants and affiliate partners in Germany
- collecting marketing assets, onboarding new advertisers, and implementing new offers
- troubleshooting issues such as incorrect URLs, broken coupon codes and faulty landing pages, etc
- acting as the first point of contact for all German sales inquiries, and supporting with prospective client demos
- managing SME client sign up and implementation process
- managing client queries and liaising with other BenefitHub functions
- researching and staying at the forefront of the employee perks industry keeping the team abreast of cutting-edge trends with new products and services
