  • this vital role reports to the Parts Manager, serving as a linchpin in our mission to provide exceptional customer service
  • operating within our bustling parts department, you'll be at the forefront of ensuring customer satisfaction and inventory accuracy
  • additionally, you will be responsible for promoting and selling Groundscare products to homeowners in our showrooms
  • beyond customer interaction and sales, this role may also involve assisting in retail store setup and conducting inventory audits
  • respond to Groundscare web inquiries for the area and support the e-commerce department
  • promote and sell parts and/or services to meet customer requirements
  • supply service technicians with necessary parts
  • assist in the preparation and maintenance of merchandise displays
