- we are established since 2007 bringing the Brazilian cuisine to Manchester and Liverpool
- you will be responsible for overseeing the day to day running of the venue
- you'll need to be confident, organised, energetic and brilliant at managing people and developing teams

Requirements
- minimum of 2 years working as a General Manager in a fast paced restaurant
- A good communicator with a passion for managing and developing people
- A positive outlook that can motivate and inspire the team
- comfortable making tough decisions
- A great eye for detail
- experience of running bars, restaurants and kitchens
- able to thrive under pressure
- A passion for food and drink
