- we are looking to recruit a leading role as Pre-Packing Manager at our new state of the art cutting and packing facility based in Whitchurch
- as the Pre-Packing Manager, you will play a key role in leading a focused production team running cheese cutting and packing lines to achieve daily production outputs to meet customer demand, whilst working collaboratively with the dedicated quality team to deliver exceptional ‘right first-time’ product quality
Responsibility
- responsible for all site maintenance to ensure that the cutting and packing function remains operational and efficient
- responsible for staff recruitment and development to ensure sufficient cover in key areas on a day-to-day basis, and relevant training kept up to date
