you will have knowledge of office and facilities supplies, and be able to identify what common products are, both by name and visually
you will be methodical in your approach, will easily switch between tasks, and will be able to handle multiple tasks at any given time, ensuring all are completed successfully and accurately
you will be astute and aware of the general run of each day, and be able to take ownership of situations, knowing when to ask for help
you will have a good education level and be confident to learn and use various software. Intermediate IT skills will be a pre-requisite to the role
you will be a confident and professional communicator and can build rapport quickly via email, on the phone, and in face-to-face meetings with customers, delivery drivers and suppliers
Responsibility
using your developing knowledge of the industry to answer customer queries and concerns with confidence
covering absence within the office to ensure a seamless service
