- assisting with diary management, including scheduling appointments and arranging meetings
- bella Marie Training Academy is a dynamic beauty training academy that specialise in a range of hair and beauty courses. We are currently recruiting a Customer Service Apprentice based at our academy in Seaham
- the academy is a fast paced environment therefore we need a confident and hands on candidate who will hit the ground running with excellent customer service and IT skills
- processing invoices accurately and ensuring timely payments
- you will need to travel between Sunderland and Seaham as the role will require at least one day in Sunderland
- raising requisitions and placing orders for necessary supplies and equipment
- maintaining an organized filing system for easy document retrieval
