sales negotiator

Responsibility
- the successful candidate will build relationships, deal with queries, arrange viewings and handle any negotiations
- liaise with Value for terms of sale, specifications and instruction from vendor
- seek to generate new business by developing and using contacts to create new opportunities
- build positive relationships with vendors, being aware of their desired outcome and represent them in negotiations with prospective buyers
- properties must not be progressed without outlay payments being received, unless a manager has granted express approval in advance
- this exciting job role offers the opportunity to join a collaborative and dynamic team, taking responsibility for sales negotiations on behalf of our clients
- liaise with marketing to ensure property is advertised in a timely manner
- ensure all the legal obligations and company standards are consistently met in representing the vendor including; sole agency agreement signed, photo identification, brochure accuracy sign off, EPC, outlays paid upfront following instruction
