  • bank reconciliation and VAT returns
  • communication with customers and suppliers to ensure details are up to date
  • managing general administrative tasks, including filing, archiving, and organising documents
  • maintaining the common filing system and job list spreadsheets

Requirements

  • strong organisational and time management skills
  • excellent attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks
  • good verbal and written communication skills
  • proficiency in using basic office software
  • experienced in bookkeeping and administration in a similar role
  • ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently when required
  • A positive and proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt
  • good organisational skills with an ability to multi-task and manage own workload
