  • provide advice on budgeting and financial planning
  • keep up to date with changes in the mortgage market
  • negotiate with lenders to secure the best deal for customers
  • manage customer expectations and provide a high level of customer service
  • explain the different types of mortgages available and their benefits and risks
  • stay up to date with current legislation and regulations

Requirements

  • strong track record of generating leads
  • qualified in CeMAP or equivalent
  • strong networking skills and ability to establish relationships with clients
  • A strong desire to learn and improve your knowledge and skill set
  • excellent time and organisational skills
  • A flexible approach to work
  • discretion and an understanding of the need for client confidentiality
