Responsibility

  • the Housekeeper is responsible for maintaining an excellent standard of cleanliness, observing all guidelines provided
  • manager of any damaged or missing equipment
  • assist the Housekeeping Manager with all linen orders and the collection & delivery from the Linen Supplier
  • 10) Understand and assist with the evacuation of the property in the event of a fire or emergency
  • 21) Ensure that all enquiries are passed to the Reception as appropriate
  • our Housekeepers are fully responsible for the effective and efficient cleaning of all the guest rooms and other parts of the property
  • 16) Ensure all customer comments are recorded and reported to Reception
  • 28) Raise any issues with the Housekeeping Manager when further equipment or expenditure is required
