Responsibility
- attend to matters written in the Maintenance Book
- with Site Manager, maintain and water all gardens, plant, and flower beds
- alert the Site Manager to any health and safety concerns arising during course of duties
- perform routine maintenance and repairs
- troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical issues
- conduct inspections to identify potential problems and ensure compliance with safety standards
- work Pattern: Monday to Friday 8am to 12pm . Approximately 20 hours a week
- respond to maintenance requests from staff and tenants in a timely manner
Requirements
- experience maintaining properties
- knowledge of basic Health and Safety principles and procedures
- experience working as part of a team
- vocational qualifications relevant to buildings maintenance: plumbing, electrics etc
- maintenance: 1 year
