Responsibility

• to provide an outstanding level of customer service to all customers, building productive and positive relationships
• processing web orders from our ecommerce site www.365vet.co.ukwith a high level of accuracy and efficiency
• telephone duties, answering client queries, giving advice and taking telephone orders

• to undertake such duties as may from time to time be reasonably requested within the flexible definition of the post
• to take responsibility for the logistics of the stock and to ensure that relevant stock is distributed and ensuring stock is correctly issued, received and stored
• to maintain administration systems to ensure that records are kept appropriately which includes the use of an in-house database system and PC and internet
• this is a part-time role based in at the offices of our website division to provide excellent customer service including, effectively managing telephone enquiries, order processing and stock control
