- able to work with excel reports
- A “people’s person” to deal with the needs of young tenants
- clean driving licence
- must have a knowledge or interest in sales
Education
- visiting tenanted properties & reporting on condition & tenancy issues
- liaise with our maintenance team & contractors
- plan, prepare and comprehend all information for lettings season
- upgrade properties and negotiate with the prospective / tenants
- conduct viewings and vet suitable tenants
- prepare tenancy agreements packs and streamline all prospective & new tenants
- dealing with tenants & issues, guarantors, universities and NCC
- provide personal customer care with team and via technology / automatism
