- dealing with daily office duties
- communicating with the GP Surgeries and local AND Essex hospitals. Emailing any ultrasound reports that GP request
- emailing all URGENT ultrasound reports to GP on the same day
- receiving and maintaining ultrasound referrals from GP/s and Hospital
- liaising with GP practices and Essex hospitals for Ultrasound referrals and reports
- sort out all referrals received keeping accurate records of patients and communicate with the referring clinician/Hospital, via email or excel sheets
- calling patients to offer ultrasound scan appointments in Beehive Clinics in Basildon, Southend, Chelmsford and Brentwood
- maintaining accurate records of patients attended and seen in our clinics
