Responsibility
- dealing with all enquiries, bookings, and deposits appropriately and in a timely manner, via phone, email and online
- checking In & Out vehicles, sundries, handling funds
- completing customer deliveries and vehicle transfers between branches
- helping to maintain branch cleanliness and operational efficiency
- handling daily admin duties in line with the customer rentals
- cleaning of vehicles to a high standard ready for rental as required on occasion
- co-ordinating with the Valeting team to ensure a smooth rotation of clean and ready vehicles inline with customer demands
- completing of cleaning and recording inspection of all vehicle types to the rental industry standard
Requirements
- full valid UK/EU driving licence with no more than 3 points
- previous customer service experience desirable
- able to manage your own work load
- polite, Friendly and keen motivation
- able to handle paperwork
- customer service: 1 year
