- perform fault diagnostics using modern diagnostic equipment and effectively resolve issues to restore vehicle performance
- conduct Pre-Delivery Inspection work on our vehicles, ensuring they meet the required standards before customer delivery
- work in close collaboration with the sales team, providing technical information and assistance when needed
