Responsibility

  • excellent opportunity for the right individual in one of our family-run Residential homes
  • beechcroft Care Homes is a privately-owned business based around peaceful Cary Park in Babbacombe, Torquay
  • if so, we are looking for a passionate Deputy Care Home Manager to join our leadership team
  • you will be happy to provide a hands-on approach which will include supoprting the team on the floor
  • you will also be required to have felxiable approach for regualr on call duties
  • you must have a positive can-do attitude and be ready to lead by example
  • as the Deputy Manager, you will be responsible for covering for the manager in their absence, you will play a key role in motivating and supporting the care team to deliver outstanding service to our residents
  • the role is offered on a 40 hour per week
