- collaborate with stakeholders, including school leaders, teachers, learners and internal teams, to gather and prioritise product requirements
- clearly document and communicate product requirements
- work closely with educators and subject matter experts to gather and document product requirements
- bachelors degree or higher
- ensure clear communication of requirements to development teams
- evidence of portfolio work in assisting product management processes in a previous role
- at least introductory level product management/development training/certification
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams and customers
