Responsibility

  • bedfordshire Accommodation Bureau has an exciting opportunity for a office Administrator to join the Lettings team based in Luton
  • dealing with enquiries via email and telephone
  • covering the front office
  • lodging deposits with the Deposit Protection Scheme
  • we have part time permanent positions available, with a salary of £20,000 – £22,000 per annum , dependent on your experience
  • arrange inspections, inventories, gas safety certificates, EPC’s etc
  • rental account management
  • various in-office administrative duties

Requirements

  • office: 1 year
